Sentencing for Patchogue woman in death of anti-gang activist set for Tuesday

Sentencing is expected Tuesday for a Patchogue woman who admitted to running over and killing an anti-gang activist.
Ann Marie Drago pleaded guilty in May to criminally negligent homicide in the September 2018 death of Evelyn Rodriguez.
Drago's plea came ahead of a third trial over Rodriguez's death. The first two saw an overturned conviction and a mistrial.
Drago is expected to receive five years of probation.
