A Selden man accused of leaving the scene of a fatal crash and driving without a license has been indicted.

Prosecutors say Lan Truong swerved into the shoulder of Boyle Road and struck 37-year-old Victoria Hutson earlier this month.

He took off while bystanders rushed to help the victim, according to investigators.

Truong has pleaded not guilty. He faces up to seven years if convicted.
