A second suspect wanted in connection with the shooting death of a 2-year-old Morris Heights boy turned himself in Wednesday. Police sources say they questioned Ronneil Gilliam, 25, about the Easter Sunday shooting death of David Pacheco Jr. Pacheco was struck and killed by a stray bullet while riding in his family's minivan. Police eventually released Gilliam without charging him due to insufficient evidence. Nicholas Morris, who is accused of firing the fatal shot, pleaded not guilty last week to charges of murder, manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon. According to the District Attorney, although Gilliam was not arrested, the investigation is ongoing. Related Information
