Seawolves surge over Bryant 17-3

The Stony Brook women's lacrosse team started its season with a bang.
The 11th ranked Seawolves scored 35 goals in their first two games, including 17 in Tuesday's dominant win over Bryant.
Newcomer Alex Finn, a transfer from UMass, had five points. She now has 14 points in her first two games as a Seawolf.
On Tuesday, Finn was named the Colonial Athletic Association player of the week.
Stony Brook scored the first five goals against Bryant and never looked back.
Ellie Masera scored five goals.
The Seawolves improve to 2-0 and host Arizona State on Friday.
