A Seaford man scored some big cash and a brand new car Sunday after sinking a half-court shot at Madison Square Garden. Mike Sapraicone, 21, hit the shot during halftime of the Knicks' 104-97 win over the Dallas Mavericks. The longtime Knicks fan says he played sports in high school, but that luck helped him along the way. After the shot, Sapraicone ran to the sidelines to embrace filmmaker Spike Lee, who was cheering with the thousands in attendance. The team provided him with $1,000 in cash and a 2012 Kia Optima. Prior to the shot, Sapraicone had to hit five free throws in 30 seconds.
