Glen Cove students took a trip to Washington, D.C. today without leaving their school, all thanks to exhibits the students created of different landmarks in the nation's capital.

Students at the School for Language and Communication Development in Glen Cove unveiled their project today. Different classrooms were turned into places of interest in Washington, D.C., including the Lincoln Memorial, Supreme Court and the National Zoo.

More than 150 students at the school were involved in the project.
