Elmont’s Orobo Ogbovoh is a girl of many talents.
In basketball, Ogbovoh is an all-county and all-conference forward who says she likes the grind of defense better than scoring.
She is also the captain of the volleyball team.
Her coach calls Ogbovoh a “crackerjack on the court” who is always hustling.
In addition to those two sports, Ogbovoh also plays alto saxophone in the band, is the vice president of Music Honor Society and the treasurer of the Model U.N. She also plays lacrosse.
She still manages to have a grade point average of 97.
