Kayla is the winningest cross-country runner in Northport High School history. She and her team have never lost a meet on Long Island. Kayla is a six-time All-County runner and All-American. She leaves with five straight team county titles. This year, she helped the Tigers finish second at the state championships.

She is an officer in the SHARE club, a group that helps peers deal with emotional issues. She volunteers for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and for the annual Cow Harbor race. Her 98 GPA puts her in the top 10% of her class.
