yesterdayA Roslyn woman is accused of leaving her two young children in her SUV by themselves.
Police responded to a call of children left in a car at Wheatley Plaza in Greenvale around 7 p.m. Wednesday.
According to police, Emily Bonilla Ramirez left the 6-year-old and 4-year-old while shopping at Stop and Shop with a third child.
The 31-year-old was arrested and the children were turned over to their father.
Bonilla Ramirez is charged with child endangerment.
