A Roosevelt teen and her 10-month-old baby are both missing this morning.
Tiffany Ortiz, 16, and her 10-month-old baby girl London Valentin left for the Bronx on Friday afternoon and never returned home.
Ortiz is described as 5 feet 2 inches tall and 110 pounds. Police say she has a cross tattoo next to her right eye.
The baby was wearing a pink jumper with black sneakers.
