A Roosevelt man is facing life in prison after being convicted of a carjacking murder. Prosecutors say 24-year-old Tayquan Clark shot and killed Shawn Boone on Princeton Street in Hempstead in 2014.

A Roosevelt man is facing life in prison after being convicted of a carjacking murder.
Prosecutors say 24-year-old Tayquan Clark shot and killed Shawn Boone on Princeton Street in Hempstead in 2014.
Boone was sitting in a car with his girlfriend when Clark tried to carjack him, police say.
Clark will be sentenced in December.
