2ds agoThis weekend Long Island triathlon competitors are getting ready.
However, the Iron Man Triathlon may slow down traffic by Jones Beach.
Some roads are slated to be closed from 3 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.
The Wantagh Parkway will be closed from the Northern State Parkway to Ocean Parkway for the 56 mile bike course.
That means all north and south bound ramps will be closed as well.
The Iron Man Triathlon starts at 7 a.m.
