A Riverhead man will spend up to 8 ¼ years in prison for a deadly crash that occurred in Flanders.
Santiago Monzon-Archila, 40, pleaded guilty after admitting to driving drunk and crashing into a home last December.
His passenger, Edis Noe Hernandez-Nunez, died after being ejected from the car.
