An employee at a popular Rocky Point restaurant was allegedly raped by the owner after staying late Wednesday night.Police say the incident happened at Fatty Beltbuckles on Route 25A, owned by 43-year-old George Leodis.Sources say two female employees stayed after closing to have a drink with Leodis and the chef. At one point the two women left their drinks unattended with Leodis. They soon returned and finished their drinks. Sources say the women then felt sick and one went to the bathroom where Leodis allegedly followed her and raped her.Leodis is charged with one count of forcible rape and one count of criminal sex act. Police are continuing the investigation and say that additional charges are possible.
