Those who live at the Maple Tree Apartments complex say their cesspools have been backing up over the last few days. They say it has left their toilets, tubs and sinks unusable and created a health hazard. Plumbers were sent in by the building's management to repair the situation. Residents say they remain skeptical because nothing seems to fix their problem.
