The Hamptons may be getting a little more affordable for some families.
Home prices in the Hamptons have dropped 6 and a half percent this season.
Douglas Elliman Real Estate says the number translates to a Hamptons home median sales price down to $849,000.
However, the survey also finds luxury housing prices are higher.
The average luxury home price has now soared to $6.7 million.
