Halloween is just three weeks away and many Bronx trick-or-treaters are deciding what costume to wear this year. Early birds headed to Frank Bee's Costume Store in Eastchester to pick out their Halloween attire. Officials from the American Red Cross say when choosing a costume for children, parents should pick something that reflects light. They also say children should wear face paint, since a mask can obstruct vision. According to the Red Cross, children are four times more likely to get hit by cars on Halloween. They say trick-or-treaters should always cross the street at corners and carry a flashlight.
