Ramel McClinton, Frederick Johnston face charges for alleged drug transaction in West Babylon
Two men are under arrest for conducting a drug deal near a school in West Babylon. According to police, Ramel McClinton, 19, and Frederick Johnston, 46, were involved in a hand-to-hand drug transaction.
