October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and you can help raise money by simply 'shopping for a cure!' News 12's Elisa DiStefano teamed up with Newsday style writer Anne Bratskier to search out Think Pink products available across Long Island.

QVC and The Footwear Association of NY teamed up to create pink heels and all of the proceeds go to charity, Bratskier says. At Saks 5 Avenue, this year's "Key to the Cure" ambassador is actress Jennifer Aniston. Those shirts sell for $35, and 100 percent of the sales also go to charity.

If you want to get creative, Cactus Salon offers pink hair extensions. The salon has 20 locations across the Island. The extensions cost $15 and 5 percent is donated to charity.
