Chants continued today from health care workers and those supporting them as they protested the mandates they're facing to get the COVID-19 vaccine.
On Thursday, hundreds of people stood in support at South Shore University Hospital.
Today, the group met at the New York State office building in Hauppauge to protest.
Health care workers are required to get their first doze of the COVID-19 vaccine by Sept. 27.
At a rally in Bay Shore, workers are arguing “it’s their body, their choice.”
Last week protests were also held at Stony Brook University Hospital.
