Jury selection is underway in the trial of a Valley Stream man accused of killing two people on the Meadowbrook Parkway last July.Police say Martin Heidgen's blood alcohol level was three times the legal limit when he plowed head on into a limo, killing 7-year-old Katie Flynn and limo driver Stanley Rabinowitz. Days after the murder, Flynn?s mother appeared on TV describing in graphic detail how she held her daughter?s decapitated head on the side of the road. As a result, officials say it will be challenging to find an impartial jury. More than 400 potential jurors filed into a Nassau courtroom Tuesday and there are hundreds more on tap. Prosecutors say four groups of 96 people will be brought in everyday until the final 12 are chosen. The Nassau District Attorney charged Heidgen with second-degree murder. Heidgen's lawyer, however, says that while what happened was a tragedy, it was not murder.Related Information: Judge rules crucial evidence is admissible in deadly Meadowbrook crash
