Prosecutors say a Ronkonkoma is accused of animal cruelty for the second time in under a month.

The Suffolk DA’s Office says Munim Raghid was charged for neglecting a dog to the point of emaciation in December.

On Thursday, the DA’s office said Kangal shepherd puppies were saved from Raghid's home by its animal safety team.

Raghid was ordered to not be allowed to own any animals during prosecution.

The puppies are both available for adoption.
