Prosecutors say Lidia DelCarmen-Rodriguez brought Jasson Medrano-Molina into the woods in Central Islip in 2019.
Medrano-Molina was then met by two MS-13 members with guns and a baseball bat.
Medrano-Molina tried to run off, but was shot and killed.
DelCarmen-Rodriguez's sentencing date is pending.
