Prosecutors say a man who sold drugs that led to two deadly overdoses is expected to be sentenced on Monday.
Donnell Lewis was charged with 18 felonies for possessing and selling drugs in 2022.
According to the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office, Lewis was arrested after three overdose investigations led back to him.
Two out of the three overdoses were fatal.
At the time of his arrest, Lewis was not charged in connection to the two deaths – only drug related offenses.
