A Bellport man pleaded guilty to a hit-and-run crash that left a pedestrian with multiple serious injuries last May.

Prosecutors say Michael Turner admitted he was driving drunk and high when he hit the victim at the intersection of Atlantic Avenue and Agamemmnon Avenue. He then fled the scene.

A good Samaritan called 911 and reported the incident, according to the Suffolk District Attorney.

Authorities say the victim sustained fractures to his skull, back and leg.

Turner is set to be sentenced in June.
