Suffolk County Executive Ed Romaine delivered his State of the County address last week, putting infrastructure as one of his top priorities. Romaine said he will spend $1 billion on sewers and called on the governor and state lawmakers to take action and invest in the county's water systems. He also focused on public safety efforts and increasing police patrols.
