Flu season could look different in the U.S. this year as a new poll finds many Americans will be opting out of a yearly shot.
A new survey found that 51% of adults plan to not get vaccinated against the flu.
Instead, respondents said they were planning on masking to protect themselves instead.
The most common reason for not getting the shot, the survey found, was the belief that they are not very effective.
