Police say a girl riding her bike and her dad were attacked by a Hicksville teen with a bat.
David Wallach, 19, was arrested and faces assault charges.
Police say the 4-year old and her dad were on Atlas Lane when a car backed out of a driveway.
According to police, the dad slapped the back of the car to alert the driver he and his daughter were crossing.
That is when police say Wallach got out with a bat and went after them.
Wallach allegedly pushed the child off her bike and hit the dad with the bat before going to their home and breaking two windows.
The little girl has back and neck injuries.
