ALERT CENTER: Police: Teen arrested; ghost gun recovered in car during traffic stop in New Cassel

According to police, officers performed a traffic stop on Prospect Avenue at Urban Avenue in New Cassel when they witnessed a 2010 Infiniti commit traffic violations.

Police say they have arrested a Hicksville teen after finding a ghost gun in his car during a traffic stop.  
According to police, officers performed a traffic stop on Prospect Avenue at Urban Avenue in New Cassel when they witnessed a 2010 Infiniti commit traffic violations.  
As the officers interviewed the driver of the vehicle, they say they observed a large capacity magazine on the floorboard of the vehicle.  
Officers had the driver and passenger exit the vehicle. Police say upon search of the vehicle, a ghost gun was recovered as well as the fully loaded magazine with 10 rounds of 9mm ammunition.  
The driver of vehicle was arrested without incident.   
The driver has been identified as Kyle Gritser, 18, of Hicksville.  
Gritser is charged with criminal possession of a firearm, criminal possession of a weapon and two traffic violations.
