Police: Suspect wanted for robbing Suffolk Target, punching employee in face

Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a suspect who robbed a Target in Huntington Station and punched an employee in the face.
Detectives say the man stole items from the store at 124 East Jericho Turnpike on Dec. 29. He then punched an employee in the face for attempting to confront him.
The victim sustained injuries not considered life-threatening, according to authorities.
Police say no arrests have been made yet. Anyone with information is asked to call 1-800-220-TIPS.
