Police say the driver of a fatal speedboat crash off Seaford earlier this month was drunk.
According to investigators, George Canni had a blood alcohol level of .08 when the boat veered into marshland 150 feet from the water on Oct. 4.
Canni, his wife and a friend were killed. Four others were injured.
