Police have released a photo of the man they say took cellphone video of a woman in a fitting room at the Walt Whitman Mall.

Police say the incident happened in the Urban Outfitters dressing room on May 1.

The suspect was wearing a hat and had a tattoo on his arm.

Police are asking anyone with information to call them.
