Search efforts are underway for a missing 19-year-old girl from Nesconset, Suffolk police say.

Paige Relyea was last seen on Jan. 19 leaving her home on Premier Court in a 2009 gray Toyota Corolla, with NY license plate HSA-5877. She was reported missing by a family member on Jan. 20.

Police say Relyea stands 5-feet, 3-inches tall and weighs around 160 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes, has multiple ear piercings and wears glasses. She was last seen wearing jeans, a green sweater and brown boots.

Detectives are asking for the public's help in the case. Anyone with information on Relyea's whereabouts is asked to call 911 or to call the Fourth Squad at 631-854-8452.
