Police are asking for the public's help to bring a convicted sex offender who may hiding in the Bronx to justice.

Authorities say 20-year-old Karen Lockhart disappeared after visiting her parole officer on November 7. Lockhart is a convicted level-three sex offender who officials say used to recruit underage girls to have sex with Bloods gang members. Lockhart was captured in June 2005 and charged with attempting to promote prostitution.Police believe Lockhart is in the area of Valentine Avenue and Fordham Road, where she has family.
