Police: Rocky Point man charged with 18 Suffolk burglaries

Police say two men have been arrested and charged in a string of burglaries across Suffolk County.
Richard Ambrose, of Rocky Point, and Travis James, of Riverhead, are accused of being involved in three gas station robberies.
The robberies took place in Commack, Patchogue and Port Jefferson Station.
Detectives say Ambrose is also charged in more than a dozen other burglaries at gas stations and convenience stores across the County.
