Road early Friday, police say.
Police say Kwesi Williams was driving in a BMW when he hit a parked car
around 2 a.m.
They say the collision caused the BMW to roll and then hit a utility
pole.
A female passenger later died at the hospital.
Williams has been charged with manslaughter and driving while
intoxicated.
