According to police, the incident happened around 10 p.m. Monday.
Police say the man was crossing Middle Country Road near Martin Street when he was struck by a Cadillac.
The victim, identified as Evan Espinosa, of Medford, died at the scene.
The driver of the car stayed until police arrived.
