They say Nick Davi and an unidentified woman were shot outside of Davi's home in Nevada. Davi was pronounced dead at the hospital.
The woman suffered injuries not considered to be life-threatening.
Police arrested 36-year-old Joe Junio on multiple charges, including open murder in connection with the crime.
