A North Merrick man has been arrested after police say he threw an explosive device at a woman’s car.

The car was parked in the victim’s driveway on Sherman Avenue.

Police say Luca was pulled over on Sunday and arrested.

Luca is facing weapon, arson and criminal mischief charges.
