Police say there is no criminality in two incidents of adults allegedly taking pictures of kids in North Babylon.
Police say in the first incident, it was a real estate agent taking pictures to appraise a home on Woods Road and on Dollard Drive in North Babylon this morning.
Meanwhile, police say they have contacted the person in Wednesday's incident involving a fourth-grader on August Road. According to police, the man was stopped for a school bus and was using his phone to text, not take pictures.
Police have determined no criminality is involved and the investigation is now closed.
