Police: Motorcyclist dies in Coram crash

A man has died after he was hit by a car while riding on a motorcycle in Coram.
Police say the man was riding his motorcycle eastbound on Middle Country Road Wednesday night.
The motorcycle driver crashed into a Jeep driving westbound as it was turning left onto Patchogue-Mount Sinai Road, police say.
The motorcyclist was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The Jeep driver was not injured.
