Police: Minivan driver killed after crash with NICE bus in Farmingdale

Officials say a minivan driver has died after colliding with one of Nassau County's NICE buses in Farmingdale.
The incident happened just before 10 p.m. Wednesday on Conklin Street.
Detectives say the 39-year-old driver was traveling westbound when he somehow collided head-on with a NICE bus in the eastbound lanes.
The unidentified driver was killed.
The driver of the NICE bus and one passenger were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
