A Medford man faced a judge on Monday for allegedly driving over 120 miles per hour on the LIE, while high on drugs.
Nassau police say they say Muhammed Javed was speeding on the eastbound Expressway near the Nassau-Suffolk border around 2:30 a.m.    
Javed is charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, reckless driving and unlawful possession of marijuana.
