Police say a man is accused of trying to push his pregnant fiancée out of his moving minivan and pinning her against an overpass on the Northern State.
State Police say they spotted Joseph Cirella, of Bethpage, using his minivan to pin his screaming pregnant fiancée against the overpass near exit 32 in Westbury.
A trooper ordered Cirella to immediately move his vehicle.
The pregnant woman was freed and treated at the hospital.
Cirella is charged with assault and driving under the influence of drugs.
