8h agoPolice are searching for a man who allegedly robbed a Massapequa Park motel at knifepoint.
They say the suspected thief went into the Best Western Bar Harbor Motel on Sunrise Highway around 5 a.m. Thursday.
He allegedly went up to a woman at the front desk, pulled out a knife and demanded money.
Detectives say the woman took the man to a back room, he stole cash from a register and fled.
Police are asking anyone with information to come forward.
