Police: Man on fire seen running away from burning portable bathroom in Levittown
The porta potty is not there anymore, but News 12 was told it was set on fire, and a person was seen running away.

The search is on in Nassau County for a suspect that police say set a portable bathroom on fire on the front lawn of a Levittown home, damaging the house.
New video from Nassau police shows a man bursting out of the porta potty engulfed in flames.
The video shows he tried to put the flames out before running down Sprucewood Drive once he caught fire himself.

The homeowner’s mother says the scene is horrific.
“You see somebody come out, a big whoosh. A big thing of flames. He was running around trying to put his feet out and then he ran down the street and as far as three houses from where the cameras went you saw he was still on fire," said Barbara Piccione, the mother of the homeowner.
Police say the fire started around 4:30 a.m. Saturday in front of the home on Sprucewood Drive. They’re calling it arson.
“There’s some damage to the house. I don’t even know if the siding’s two weeks old, it’s already burnt," said Piccione.
The porta potty gone but there is a burn mark on the lawn. The siding of the house is warped from the fire.
“Who lights a porta potty on fire? I've e never heard of a porta potty arson. only in Levittown.”
No word on how the fire started. The Piccione family, which owns the house, was not hurt.
“We want to know who did this; we want him caught," Piccione said.
Police are still looking for the man who set the fire. Anyone with information is asked to call Nassau Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS.
