A man was killed in a five-car crash in Centereach Saturday, Suffolk County police say.

Police say Ant-Wan Pevy, 25, was driving on Nicolls Road at around 5:30 p.m. when a medical event caused him to lose control and crash.

Pevy then struck four more vehicles heading through the intersection at Middle Country Road.

The driver of one the cars, 29-year-old Zachary Morrison, was pronounced dead at the scene.

No one was else was injured.

Pevy was taken to the hospital for evaluation.

He has been charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.
