Police say a man is in serious condition following a shooting Monday night in Long Beach.
The shooting happened on East Fulton Street and Park Place around 11 p.m.
Neighbors say they saw two people in a dark-colored car at the time of the shooting. They say it was the driver who was shot.
Police say the man was taken to the hospital and underwent surgery.
Officials have not confirmed if anyone is in custody in connection to the shooting.
