Suffolk police say several shots were fired into a Coram home Tuesday night.

According to detectives, it was around 8 p.m. when Dondre Jackson from Shirley was inside the residence on Sequoia Drive and was struck twice.

The 28-year-old was taken to the hospital and is in serious, but stable condition.

Detectives are asking anyone with information on the shooting to call Crime Stoppers at 800-220-TIPS.
