Police were called to a Stony Brook home Sunday afternoon after a man was found unresponsive in the residence's pool.

Police say officers responded to a home on Harmon Court at around 2 p.m. where they say they found 78-year-old Anthony Leo.

Leo was rushed to the hospital where police say he is in critical condition.
